Maintenance Contractor Services:
"Hiring, managing, receiving estimates, problem solving & billing directly to you for all property maintenance services" of contractors for pressure, window & roof cleaners, interior cleaners, pest control, painters, repair contractors, roofers, gardening, rocks & hardscaping, sidewalks & curbs, landscaping, surface staining, camera installations and more.

Annual Maintenance - $1800 year or $150 Monthly Fee - plus flat 20% of Managed Contracted Services and 2 annual maintenance inspections plus tropical storm and /or hurricane inspections. Priority service.
One Time Maintenance Services - No Annual Fee - plus 30%-35% of Managed Contracted Services.
Property Maintenance Inspections (Includes property video/pictures with suggestions sent directly to your phone or email) $500 each. Tropical Storm/Hurricane Inspections $750.

Annual maintenance client includes 2x annually property inspection with video/pictures sent to your email or phone plus any named Tropical Storm or Hurricane. Ez2cy Solutions, inspects your home or business for salt, mold, mildew, storm & other damages, holes on the roof or building, check for water leaks, insect or rodent problems, paint peeling, outdoor mechanical issues, storm cleanup inspections (as soon as possible after a storm), damage estimates and more. Problem solving for difficult jobs. Available 8 am to 6 pm weekdays for any questions via text or voice call.

Recommend a Smart Thermostat to control your home’s temperatures when you are not home. We can arrange to have it installed by a licensed contractor.
Recommend remote exterior camera’s to watch your property when you are not there. Ez2cy Solutions can arrange a professional contractor to install a system into your home.
